New teachers

All new faculty, please download and fill out the paperwork packet here and submit to director@zionconservatoryofmusic.org or arrange to drop off in person.

- Direct deposit form, if desired (checks will otherwise be sent to the address on file).
- Independent contractor agreement
- Agreement to statement of faith
- Consent to background check
- Bio and headshot (view our faculty page for examples)
- Set up your account in MyMusicStaff, where all scheduling is handled
