New teachers

All new faculty, please:

Download and fill out the paperwork packet here and submit to director@zionconservatoryofmusic.org or arrange to drop off in person. In addition to the forms included in the packet, please send a brief bio and a headshot (view our faculty page for examples).

The conservatory uses My Music Staff for collecting payments, registering families, scheduling lessons, and recording absences. To get your account set up, please complete the following steps:

- Watch for an email invitation from MyMusicStaff and follow the link to create your login.
- Once you are logged in, confirm your contact information and set your general availability and teaching preferences.
- Connect with your assigned students to arrange lesson times directly.
- Enter scheduled lesson times into MyMusicStaff.
- Use the system to record attendance.
- Lesson notes and other features are optional.
