Registration
Register for private lessons here. When group classes and workshops are being offered, registration will be linked on the events page.
Making payments
Online payments are processed in the family portal or by clicking the link in the invoice. To set up your portal, look for the link sent when you registered or email finearts@ccczion.org for assistance. You can still pay by check if you prefer. Checks can be dropped off in the office or mailed to ZCM, 2500 Dowie Memorial Dr, Zion, IL 60099. Payments should not be made directly to teachers. Please contact the office if you have any questions (finearts@ccczion.org; 847-872-4803).
Practice forms
Please check back in the fall for practice forms. Starting in the 2026-2027 school year, raffle prizes will be available for students who consistently make honor roll.
Student handbook
The ZCM Student and Family Handbook provides important information about lessons, programs, tuition, attendance, performances, and other conservatory policies. Current and prospective families are encouraged to review the handbook for a fuller picture of what to expect as part of the conservatory. Download here or request a physical copy from the office.
If you need to miss a lesson, are running late, or have any questions about your practice assignments, please contact your teacher directly.
